Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TradeGuroo. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use TradeGuroo for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

TradeGuroo provides focused tools for trade-related research and decision support. Features, credit costs, and available tools may change as the Service develops.

Tool results are generated from the information you provide and from third-party data or AI services. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. They are not official rulings or professional advice. You are responsible for checking important decisions against current official sources and qualified advisers.

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may not be sold, shared, or transferred without our written permission.

Each tool displays its credit cost before a run. Free credits and paid credits are subject to the limits and renewal periods shown in the Service. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices, included credits, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Top-ups are available only with an active subscription. Payments are handled by our payment provider under its checkout terms.

You may cancel through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not create a refund for charges already processed, except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide and secure the Service. You confirm that you have the right to submit that information.

Paid runs may be saved to account history. Free runs may be temporary. You are responsible for keeping any records you need outside the Service.

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful trade, sanctions evasion, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, or test its security without permission.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or provide automated access to the Service at scale.
• Submit malicious instructions, code, or content intended to disrupt the Service.
• Use TradeGuroo in a way that infringes another person's rights.

TradeGuroo and its software, design, brand, and original content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account remains in good standing.

We may suspend or close access when necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms. We may also change or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of tool results.

To the extent permitted by law, TradeGuroo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, delay, penalties, or shipment costs. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid TradeGuroo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You will be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or information you submit without the necessary rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and TradeGuroo for the Service. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Applicable law governs these Terms and any mandatory rights available to you remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
